　　一、基本的写作步骤

　　许多考生在拿到作文题后，就雷厉风行地动手写了起来，结果不是写的一塌糊涂就是改得乱七八糟。在四级考试（包括其它水*考试）的写作中，通常进行以下五个步骤：审题、选材、腹稿（包括提纲和正文）、书写、修改。

　　1．审题

　　审题是写作的第一步,也是最关键的一步。因为如果跑题了的话，就几乎不得分了。所以在拿到题后，一定要冷静地弄清题目要求；然后确定文章的文体以及主题思想。

　　通常在四、六级的作文中，有两种形式。一种是给出题目和提纲（中文或英文），另一种是给出题目和每一段的段首句（段首句大多是该段的主题句，其实相当于提纲）。我们应该充分利用这些信息，才不至于跑题。以20xx年1月份的试题为例，它的题目是“HowtoSucceedinaJobInterview?”，给出了两个要点（提纲）：

　　（1）面试在求职过程中的作用

　　（2）取得面试因素：仪表，举止谈吐，能力，专业知识，自信，实事求是......

　　从这些信息来看，这篇文章应该是一篇议论加说明的文章，要求写的是如何在找工作时顺利（成功）通过面试。两个提纲告诉我们，文章至少要分两个部分，第一个部分是议论，说明面试是重要的；第二个部分要从第二点中给出的几个方面挑几点说明怎样去做。

　　但是这两个部分在文章中的比重应该如何？是否要*均？

　　此时应该看到，标题中的关键词是HOW，因此文章的重点应该在第二点，而第一点只是作为引言。

　　那么文章要分为几段呢？

　　在英语文章中，每一段只讨论一个问题。所以第（1）点显然要独立成段，第（2）点因为是文章的重点所在，可以是一个长一点的段或分为几段。但要注意的是，既然第一段是一个引言，那么文章就应该还有一个总结的段落，这是原提纲中没给出来的。

　　2．选材

　　确定了文章的主题和轮廓之后，我们就开始考虑要选择哪些要点来阐明主题。选材一定要围绕主题句进行，同时要考虑到全面性。

　　比如在考虑上面第一点时，我们要想到面试对双方都是重要的。对于interviewer来说，通过面试他能对applicant有更好的了解，能通过面试挑到合适的人选等；而对于interviewee来说，他能通过面试更好地了解所申请的工作、薪水、待遇等信息，还能更好地展示自己，还能增强自己的社会知识，能练习与人打交道等。

　　但这些是否都要写进文章中去呢？或者比重是否都应该一样呢？

　　当然不。就面试的`作用来说，因为标题是站在求职者的角度来说的，因此面试对于求职者的作用就显得比它对招聘者的作用更为重要。而在后者中增强自己的社会知识、练习与人打交道等方面，并不是面试最重要的方面，就可以舍去。就第二点来说，提纲中给出了许多方面，但这些方面也不能一一都写进作文中去，否则就不是一篇考试作文，而要写一本求职大全了。应该挑最重要的和最好写的去说，别的可以一带而过甚至不提。

　　3. 打腹稿

　　打腹稿是不可省略的一步，但却为许多人所忽视。其实打腹稿就相当于我们*时写作时打草稿，只是考试时没有时间，也没有纸用来打草稿。 建议*时写作时，要养成良好的习惯，即使在打草稿时也要仔细想一想要怎么写，在脑子中先将文章“读”一篇。

　　打腹稿时，首先要考虑文章的开头和结尾，然后是各个段落间的衔接和过渡，然后是各个句子怎样写，要注意用自己熟悉的、有把握的句子，同时也要注意句子之间的衔接与连贯。

　　4. 抄写

　　严格地说，第四步仅仅是将前面三步的结果用笔写到试卷上。这部分不应占用太多的时间，真正需要时间的是前面的三步。

　　5. 修改

　　修改的主要任务是检查一下有无拼写和语法方面的错误，同时注意是否用词有过多的重复。

　　总之，在写作时切忌一边想一边写。

　　二、文章的衔接与连贯

　　在评分标准中，同是否扣题同样重要的是文章的连贯性。往往有的文章扣题倒也扣题了，但还是得不了几分，这其中的原因恐怕与连贯性有很大的关系。 这里所说的连贯有两两层含义。一是指文章在内容上是连贯、统一的，文章中所有的句子都是为全文的中心服务的。就各段而言，其中的每一句话都要紧紧围绕着该段的主题句进行，不能说与主题句无关的东西。有人也将其称为统一性。请看一例：

　　一、基本的写作步骤

　　许多考生在拿到作文题后，就雷厉风行地动手写了起来，结果不是写的一塌糊涂就是改得乱七八糟。在四级考试（包括其它水*考试）的写作中，通常进行以下五个步骤：审题、选材、腹稿（包括提纲和正文）、书写、修改。

　　1．审题

　　审题是写作的第一步,也是最关键的一步。因为如果跑题了的话，就几乎不得分了。所以在拿到题后，一定要冷静地弄清题目要求；然后确定文章的文体以及主题思想。

　　通常在四、六级的作文中，有两种形式。一种是给出题目和提纲（中文或英文），另一种是给出题目和每一段的段首句（段首句大多是该段的主题句，其实相当于提纲）。我们应该充分利用这些信息，才不至于跑题。以20xx年1月份的试题为例，它的题目是“HowtoSucceedinaJobInterview?”，给出了两个要点（提纲）：

　　（1）面试在求职过程中的作用

　　（2）取得面试因素：仪表，举止谈吐，能力，专业知识，自信，实事求是......

　　从这些信息来看，这篇文章应该是一篇议论加说明的.文章，要求写的是如何在找工作时顺利（成功）通过面试。两个提纲告诉我们，文章至少要分两个部分，第一个部分是议论，说明面试是重要的；第二个部分要从第二点中给出的几个方面挑几点说明怎样去做。

　　但是这两个部分在文章中的比重应该如何？是否要*均？

　　此时应该看到，标题中的关键词是HOW，因此文章的重点应该在第二点，而第一点只是作为引言。

　　那么文章要分为几段呢？

　　在英语文章中，每一段只讨论一个问题。所以第（1）点显然要独立成段，第（2）点因为是文章的重点所在，可以是一个长一点的段或分为几段。但要注意的是，既然第一段是一个引言，那么文章就应该还有一个总结的段落，这是原提纲中没给出来的。

　　2．选材

　　确定了文章的主题和轮廓之后，我们就开始考虑要选择哪些要点来阐明主题。选材一定要围绕主题句进行，同时要考虑到全面性。

　　比如在考虑上面第一点时，我们要想到面试对双方都是重要的。对于interviewer来说，通过面试他能对applicant有更好的了解，能通过面试挑到合适的人选等；而对于interviewee来说，他能通过面试更好地了解所申请的工作、薪水、待遇等信息，还能更好地展示自己，还能增强自己的社会知识，能练习与人打交道等。

　　但这些是否都要写进文章中去呢？或者比重是否都应该一样呢？

　　当然不。就面试的作用来说，因为标题是站在求职者的角度来说的，因此面试对于求职者的作用就显得比它对招聘者的作用更为重要。而在后者中增强自己的社会知识、练习与人打交道等方面，并不是面试最重要的方面，就可以舍去。就第二点来说，提纲中给出了许多方面，但这些方面也不能一一都写进作文中去，否则就不是一篇考试作文，而要写一本求职大全了。应该挑最重要的和最好写的去说，别的可以一带而过甚至不提。

　　3. 打腹稿

　　打腹稿是不可省略的一步，但却为许多人所忽视。其实打腹稿就相当于我们*时写作时打草稿，只是考试时没有时间，也没有纸用来打草稿。 建议*时写作时，要养成良好的习惯，即使在打草稿时也要仔细想一想要怎么写，在脑子中先将文章“读”一篇。

　　打腹稿时，首先要考虑文章的开头和结尾，然后是各个段落间的衔接和过渡，然后是各个句子怎样写，要注意用自己熟悉的、有把握的句子，同时也要注意句子之间的衔接与连贯。

　　4. 抄写

　　严格地说，第四步仅仅是将前面三步的结果用笔写到试卷上。这部分不应占用太多的时间，真正需要时间的是前面的三步。

　　5. 修改

　　修改的主要任务是检查一下有无拼写和语法方面的错误，同时注意是否用词有过多的重复。

　　总之，在写作时切忌一边想一边写。

　　二、文章的衔接与连贯

　　在评分标准中，同是否扣题同样重要的是文章的连贯性。往往有的文章扣题倒也扣题了，但还是得不了几分，这其中的原因恐怕与连贯性有很大的关系。 这里所说的连贯有两两层含义。一是指文章在内容上是连贯、统一的，文章中所有的句子都是为全文的中心服务的。就各段而言，其中的每一句话都要紧紧围绕着该段的主题句进行，不能说与主题句无关的东西。有人也将其称为统一性。请看一例：

　　The weather has been changeable. On Sunday we had a high wind that blew down some trees. Monday was so cold that we had to turn on the heat and wear out winter coats. On Tuesday we formed a group to go roller skating. By Wednesday the weather cleared and the sun came out. Thursday was as hot and humid as an August day. 　　这一段写“最近天气多变”，首句为主题句。扩展句叙述了星期日、星期一、星期三、星期四和星期五的天气情况，用以展开关键词changeable。但星期二没有提天气，而是说当天的活动安排，偏离了主题，打断了段落叙述的连贯性，破坏了段落逻辑意义的统一性，应删去或改为与天气有关的话。

　　“汉茹，快过来！”爸爸朝我们兴奋地喊。我仔细一看：*坦的海面上用红色的浮球结成一个方形的游泳区，爸爸正在里面不停地挥手。爸爸是个董事长，*时都是一脸的严肃，此时却像个孩子。他的热情让我们跃跃欲试，哥哥抢先一步，“嘭”，扎进水里。我和妹妹也争先恐后地往水里跑去，不一会儿都围聚在了爸爸的四周。

　　站在齐腰深的海水里，感受着海水轻轻的抚摸，看着爸爸和哥哥在我四周游戏，想着自己就要离开他们了，我不禁心里一酸，眼眶潮湿了。

　　星期五学校举行了一次旅游，令我难以忘怀，心情久久不能*静。

　　我们乘车到了横店，第一个游玩的地点是：秦王宫。刚到秦王宫的入口就被那宏伟建筑上的3个大字给震撼住了，我想外面都这么壮观了，里面会差吗？随后，我们顺着由一根根木头组成的入口进去了，木头墙上挂着以前打仗用的：盾牌，长枪，茅……来到路口里面，四面八方都是长而宽的路，我们走的是中间的那条，映入眼帘，一个宏伟壮观异常气派的宫殿出现了，走上宫殿的楼梯两侧各有一条白玉龙，龙的旁边点缀着许多漂亮的图案，走进宫殿看到的是一个金黄色的雕刻着一条金龙的王座，王座旁边还放着各式各样的古装服饰头饰这让我不禁回忆到秦始皇被各宫嫔妃，宫女服待着，以及上早朝时全是文武百官的情形。

　　当然，秦王宫不只是入口壮观，宫殿宏伟，服饰漂亮刺激也是一定有的。这时，导游带我们到一个酷炫的4D眼镜，然后让我们坐到一个车里，车共两排，每排5人，让我们把背包往上的杆子一放，门一关，车就开始行驶了。一开始戴上4D眼镜，我什么也看不见，漆黑一片，但一会儿就出现了图片，看不见还好，看见了，真是吓死人了，心脏都蹦出来了，我看见一个巨人拿着一把巨锤朝我们砸来，更奇怪的是图片都是立体的，感觉到了仙境似的。不知怎么出现了巨人与巨大的恶龙及很多小兵朝我们奔驰而来，武器从我们头上坠落。更刺激的是我们从悬崖上掉下去了，就像是真的一样，当我们大声尖叫着以为死定了的时候，两匹飞马向我们飞来，带着这两坠落的车拉了上去，还没结束，我们又遭到了攻击……当我们结束走出来后，我的心还处在当时的惊惧当中，久久不能*静。然后我们还参观了兵马俑。

　　第二个游玩的地点是：华夏文化园。华夏文化园别的没有，就是风景特美。华夏文化园的美不像秦皇宫那样宏伟壮观，给人一种惊心动魄的美，而是一种清俗优雅，不问世事的美。那里有古色古香的长廊，鲜嫩娇艳的桃花，有着玉碉雕刻而成的观世音菩萨，香火旺的古庙，有像翡翠一样的池塘，池塘里还有斑斑点点颜色各异的鲤鱼金鱼，还有……华夏文化园不仅美，而且让我认识到十八层地狱的恐怖和残酷。

　　过了一会儿又一辆旅行车来了，我们问清楚才上了车。我和杨欣逸说说笑笑不一会就到了昌险岛，导游提醒我们一句，不能带零食进去。我以为包里没有零食，就说：“妈妈，包里没有零食，我们走吧！”可是管理员还是找出一块面包，导游帮我们拿回车上。

　　我和妈妈找到一棵大树下面，开始采摘樱桃。大樱桃，真是好吃果难摘，低的熟的少，高的我又够不着，这时我摘下了一个樱桃，但樱桃一半红一半黄。于是我好奇地问妈妈：“妈妈为什么这颗樱桃一半红一半黄呢？”妈妈温和地说：“红的一半是因为有阳光的照射，而黄的一半是因为叶子挡住了光线。”我似懂非懂地点了点头。

　　(二)、句子训练。只要是一个句子，都包括两个方面：一是说的人、事、物、景，二是说目的。可有些教师指导学生说一句话时，没有很好凭借图画和事物，认真教学生观察、认识、分析、表达的方法，只是拿出一张图或一事物让学生说写一句话，学生不知道为什么要说写一句话，怎样说写一句话，说写一句什么句型、什么句式的话，导致作文中语调单一、呆板、不活泼生动。可以改让学生凭图、看物、对话、练习说写一句时间、地点、人物、事件四要素完整的话，四种句型，九种句式的话。学生才会在作文中运用不同句型、句式，表达不同的思想、感情、态度、目的。

　　(三)、段的训练。结合八种段式：以事物发展为序段，时间先后为序段，空间变换为序段，总述、分述结构段，因果段、转折段，递进段，并列段。以此认识客观事物的发生、发展规律。不论哪种段式，都是记叙事物的发展和人们对事物的认识，即段的内容，段的中心。它和一句话一样，也是对人、事、物、景的叙述，也是表达一个意思。只不过是把一句话进一步说得更清楚、更深刻。

　　(四)、篇章训练。篇是由段组成的。通过对审题、立意、选材、谋篇、定法、用语的知识与方法，通过记叙、描写、抒情、议论四种表达方法，文章开头与结尾、过渡与呼应方法，各种文章体裁的知识与方法。学会写中心明确，意思完整，详略得当的记叙文和应用文。

　　(五)、生活现场训练。采用生活现场训练，更好地体会“从内容入手”写作文。通过各种作文教学活动，如“确定中心讨论会”、“选材讨论会”、“作文会诊会”、“小诸葛审题会”、“妙用词语比赛会”，从活动中生动具体地学到作文知识与写作文的方法。另外，还可开展各种校内外活动，如跳绳、拔河、踢毽、球类、背书比赛，从而学会如何写比赛作文;开展校内外义务劳动，学会如何写劳动场面;举行诗歌朗诵、讲演会，学会如何写会议场面及会议上的见闻;通过参观访问，浏览名胜古迹，学会如何写参观访问记、游记。学习观察方法，留心周围的事物、事件，“处处留心皆学问，人情练达即文章”。通过现场生活作文，进一步认识到：生活是作文的沃土。从而学会写真事、抒真情，陶冶真、善、美的情操，培养良好的文风
