第四，我想跟大家分享一下一位日本最有工匠精神的企业家稻和盛夫的经典自述，他说，“当你把一个产品完全当做自己的孩子，满怀爱意、细心观察时，必然就会获得如何解决问题、如何提高制成率的启示。”

我仔仔细细地用小小的圆规，缓慢而小心地在素白的纸上，画下了一轮优雅美丽的圆。
小小的圆规，一只立脚，一只笔头。只有拥有相同的圆心与半径，首尾才能契合，形成一个完美的圆。墨守成规，顽冥不化，但它却是我最喜欢的一种工具。
画室里四面都是白茫茫的墙，看了让人直觉头晕目眩。一待便轮了三轮春秋，我的画一副一副的被挂上去，墙上就成了黑色和白色交织缱绻的地儿。瓶和罐，水果与蔬菜，加上一只玻璃杯，千篇一律、一成不变的组合。我想起鲁迅先生在《秋夜》里写的一段话：我的院子有两棵树，一颗是枣树，另一棵还是枣树。评论大家们不约而同都说这番景象是单调寂寞的。是的。我默默地看着那些画，深以为然。
“素描最是要耐得住寂寞才学得好，这东西看着容易，却最磨耐心……”老师在与新同学家长谈论时，我正不停交换各种型号的铅笔，做最后的.调整。纠正了一排显得僵硬的线条、轻擦反光面使立体效果更突出、斟酌落笔的轻重给阴影上色……我不厌其烦地画长短不一的线，唇角不由自主地翘了些。

我抱着画板缩在位置上，耳边除了纸笔摩擦的轻微刷刷声，还有呢喃的风。业精于勤荒于嬉，行成于思毁于随。我抿唇，对照着石膏像，一分一毫地重新测量比例、加深明暗对比，调整一切不很惹眼的细节。脑海中不断回放给石像的定位——瘦削、有力！我精细地打磨着属于我的作品，并且享受这一过程。像园丁修剪繁枝茂叶，一剪两剪，塑造出的形态各异的花草，直让人心旷神怡、赏心悦目。我想，每每这时，不论多大的劳累，也只是化作四字甘之如饴吧！
