Morning
love to wake to each new day
And brush my dreams
Of night away
And look out through
my window wide
To see what weather is outside
And wonder what exciting thing
This shining, un-used day
Will bring

The Snow Man

One must have a mind of winter
To regard the frost and the boughs
Of the pine-trees crusted with snow;
And have been cold a long time
To behold the junipers shagged with ice,
The spruces rough in the distant glitter.
Of the January sun; and not to think
Of any misery in the sound of the wind,
In the sound of a few leaves.
Which is the sound of the land
Full of the same wind
That is blowing in the same bare place.
For the listener, who listens in the snow,
And, nothing hilf, beholds
Nothing that is not there and the nothing that is.

清晨散文欣赏
这一刻千帆尽过，这时候飞燕还巢，这次第心情汇流是怀念的一抹孤舟。
窗外，一首英文歌荡在清晨的薄薄日光里，带点怀念的味道。仿佛郊外的`小路上，欢快的，边唱边跳的小姑娘，伸手拂过松枝，松枝后是她恋了多年的故乡。红色的瓦，闪着亮澄澄的日光，洁净的窗是高山上明如镜的水面。
“陌上花开，可缓缓归矣。”吐着缓慢的调子，调和微妙的心情，此时眼前是小院里郁郁的栀子花香，橘子青绿泛黄，是微微浮动的窗帘，缝隙里透出白纱窗，日光长。
很多次遥望家的方向。从初初怀念到微微欣喜，从浅浅安慰到渐渐如常。我常常想，很久以后，我会坐在哪一处的窗前，遥望这个方向？看绿帘遮没花香，听歌声四处回荡，物转星移，又一个薄雾的清晨。
舍友将行李收拾完毕，小心翼翼抚平微皱的床单，将临行的包裹检查又一遍。眼神里闪过雀跃，心早已飞到另一片天空下，那里秋意未深，灯光明亮，一家人喜乐融融。
踏上校园小路，走下嘈杂的公共汽车，远处有山，山下有灯，灯旁有人。
