9：00我们准时打开了大门，我们两人一组带领家长参观。但当急切的家长潮水般涌向第一组时，我们临时改变了计划，这是个大胆的计划：同时出发。行管中心开放了许多特色教室，每个教室内都配一名讲解同学，汽车驾驶、茶艺、服装设计、陶艺等等都充分展示了育才学子的多才多艺。接着是小剧场，正赶上里面的第一场电影放完歇场，出出进进的同学保持了良好的风范，没把我们团冲散。走向男女寝的路上，家长们围住了我们重复地问着“几个人一间寝室？”“早上几点起床？”“有统一的寝室开门时间吗？”我们都积极解答。同学们把寝室打扫的很干净，床铺也格外整洁，迎接无数双羡慕称赞的眼睛。路经食堂时，大家普遍关心的是打饭的方式，价钱，有些阿姨对站着吃饭感到不可思议。我突然发现，在我们看似*实的生活中，每一个细节都能让人津津乐道。我拿出了兜里的饭卡告诉家长们如何使用。记得有一个叔叔胸有成竹的问：“想吃什么，给现做，是不？”我忍住了笑，委婉地告诉他那叫饭店。尔后我们进了体育馆，游泳馆。当我仰视四周的座位，望着蔚蓝的池水，告诉家长们我们可以经常来时，心里涌起说不尽的自豪。最后光临的是生态基地，那里早有等候着的讲解同学。穿过温暖的植物园，看着奇形怪状的水果，先进的培植技术，刚刚还焦急地询问我学习方法的家长立刻被吸引了边走边称赞不已。
参观结束站到了国际部前的广场上，每个同学都立刻被一圈家长围上了。眼前的家长换了一批又一批，不断的重复着“科高和高中部有什么区别？”“怎么才能进育才？”“*时学习累吗？”家长们似乎也对旁枝末节好奇至极，对我们校服上的名字还感慨万千。
临近中午，终于有人来替班，我可以到树荫下歇着了。双腿*的感觉真好，那是一麻袋的重石瞬间倾空的感觉，不一会，树下就坐了一排志愿者，大家边吃边分享着与家长沟通的趣闻，真是一天最美好的时光了。我们充分体验了帮助别人的快乐。
看着考完的考生，几家欢乐几家愁，突然深感身在育才的幸福和肩上责任的重大。许多人怀揣着梦想来到这里，却又难免失望而归。而我们已经站在了舞台上，只是看自己如何去发光。上一个4月10日我浏览的是一个神秘的育才，这一个4月10日，我感悟到了亲切的育才，这次志愿服务使我们的沟通应变能力都得到了提升，也将成为激励我们奋斗的不竭动力。

尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的志愿者朋友们，大家好！ 在这样一个阳光明媚，春风送暖的日子里，我很荣幸能够站在这里，与大家共同纪念“五四”运动94周年，共同分享志愿青春，共同展望明天。今天我演讲的题目是《青年梦 志愿梦》。
我是来自安徽工程大学外国语学院的一名普通的大一学生，在未踏入大学校之前，常常能够听到他人说起大学里精彩的志愿活动，也常常能在电视等媒体上看到关于志愿者的种种新闻报道，我对“志愿者”产生了浓浓的好奇心，心想我到大学后也要成为一名志愿者。于是，在大一上学期，我加入了星火义务支教社爱心家教活动，这个志愿者服务的大家庭。 在我参加星火义务支教社的活动中，我被分配到了赭山公共服务中心这边参加志愿活动，赭山公共服务中心的“一米阳关”活动让我感觉非常温馨。“一米阳光”是一个温暖而又朴实的名词，它是赭山街道所有志愿者共同的名字，意思是在很近的距离范围之内，用一颗炽热的爱心照亮和温暖需要帮助的人。在赭山街道志愿服务的将近一年的时间里，我发现，志愿者们都是一群极其普通的人，同时，他们也正在做着许许多多极其普通的事，但是，点点滴滴普通的事聚集在一起，不仅为他人带去了方便，更使我们每个人收获成长，收获快乐，也收获到了其他同龄人所没有的经历。
同时芜湖教育电视台的教育360爱心家教活动让我受益匪浅，在爱心家教活 动中，我们做的事情很普通，就是把我们既得的知识以及学习方法传递给低年级的同学，帮助他们解决学习上的困惑，让他们在学习的道路上少走一些弯路。这些行为还论不上韩愈所说的“传道授业解惑”的境界。有时跟其他同学说起志愿活动的内容，有些同学会说：“不会吧，面对比你年龄小的学生，不停地重复地讲一些知识点，双休日还要比我们早起，又不能睡懒觉，还没有物质上的回报，何必呢？”*青年志愿者的精神宗旨是“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”，我们的志愿活动没有物质上的回报，但是我们可以从中获得比物质回报更珍贵的财富。有时一张普通的讲义却可以帮助一名学生弄懂一个知识盲点，从而使他在考试中得分，这不就是一种收获吗？课间休息的时候，与低年级的学生在一起玩，在一起交流，谈心，尤其是当他们用非常好奇的目光向你询问对他们来说还是十分神秘的大学生活的时候，你是开心的，不仅因为从他们身上看到了以前小时候的自己，更重要的是那标志着你自己在成长，这难道不是一种收获吗？在活动中，学会如何使自己的表达更加浅显易懂，简洁明朗，还可以和很多人成为朋友，这不就是一种收获吗？每个星期六起得比其他同学早，用一上午的时间来做志愿活动，我们学着要坚持，这不也是一种收获吗？我们的志愿活动就像微尘，很*凡，但许多微尘在一起，也许它就具有了沙尘暴一般的力量。我们内心知道，我们一直都收获着。
青年志愿者,这是一个响亮的名字，这是一个充满了温情与感动的名字，在这个名字的召唤下，正有许许多多的年轻人聚集在一起，发出自己的光和热，奉献出自己的力量，为社会发展、进步添砖加瓦,为实现青年梦而努力，为实现*梦而努力！
我们是一个年轻的群体，因为年轻，我们有自己的主见和想法;因为年轻，我们有更多的时间去考虑自身的价值该如何体现;因为年轻，我们还有更好的青春激情和勇气。

有一种精神叫奉献，有一种职责叫志愿。中华民族拥有五千年的悠久礼貌和灿烂文化，从“乐善好施”的千年古训到“助人为乐”的雷锋精神，都传递出一种奉献、互助的志愿精神。把自我的“快乐”融入到服务过程中，用自我微笑和活力去感染并帮忙他人。
暑假里登入志愿者网站投发了几份简历，意向有上海市儿童医院、复旦大学附属儿科医院、第六人民医院、第八人民医院等。在接到徐汇区中心医院电话预约面试的那一刻我欣喜若狂，脑中不断揣摩着面试现场将出现的情景模拟测试及面试官的表情。经过几轮删选，我有幸来到徐汇区中心医院体验导医生活。
一大早我穿戴整齐，嘴里默默念着晚上准备好的面试题。赶在七点出门，谁料正值早高峰挤地铁虽然地铁上人山人海的场面不堪入目。但是一想到能够换一个身份去医院当志愿者，内心的愉悦是难以言喻的，有种淡淡的欣喜和庄重。初来门诊大厅，我们都还是一张白纸，未经任何培训啥都不会，心里必然有些紧张。
经过了专业的岗前培训了解到徐中心透过命名“蒋舒文团队”，将优秀志愿者蒋舒文作为年轻一代的代表表率，倡导“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神，传递社会正能量。师长带我们新生熟悉了医院的整个楼道的分布，才体会到这个职位的重要性以及难度。经过半天的'体验，慢慢开始熟悉具体流程，挂号，服务台，交费处，取药处等都在一楼，二楼主要集中专家门诊、体检在三楼、拐弯处核磁共振……记熟了这些以后才能准确的为病人解答。
在徐中心这个大家庭里志愿者不时地上演着感人的故事，志愿者在那里相识、相爱、相守，志愿者在那里以自我的亲生经历鼓励着一个又一个的病友，被大家庭中的点点滴滴所感动，也教会了我许多人生哲理。
第一天，在服务台门诊助医，由于就诊大厅是医院的“门面”，我们还要注重细节，礼仪必不可少，投身志愿服务，我深刻体会到自我肩上的使命感和职责感。能主动帮忙那些需要援手的人，第一次帮忙一对老夫妇，将她们一向送到病房，临走前将他们硬塞来的苹果偷偷地放回去，心中充满了喜悦。经过病房服务台，无意中听到来往的病人说：“这些孩子真的很好啊！”让我感到个性亲切，是一种肯定与鼓励。社会需要这份纯净的爱。我逐渐有一种幸福感，因为有人需要我。我送给他们微笑和拥抱，他们净化我的精神和灵魂。
我们的初衷是透过自我的努力给病人带来更多的帮忙，方便他人，收获快乐。门诊助医的工作只是帮忙不了解医院分区的病人们，给他们一个明确的方向引导，让他们能更加及时的就医，解决自我的病症。我们做不到像雷锋那么高尚，但是我们在很努力地学着微笑，用微笑安抚病人焦虑的情绪，用窗明地净为他们带给一个舒适的就医环境。
第二天，徐中心带领着我们与脑卒中病友们在康复科开展了“快乐随心，康复同行”的小组活动。活动中，我们倾听了病友的心声，排解病友苦闷，缓解他们的消极心理。和病友们聊得很开心，第一次这么敞开心扉的说话，感觉真的很好，其实有的时候我们学习压力很大，去和他们聊聊天后，觉得整个人都会开朗起来。这次的活动让我又认识到了新朋友，也看到了病友由只能坐到站立行走的回复效果，让我感到个性兴奋。与病友互动的过程，是爱的奉献，更是一次生命教育，让我懂得珍惜生活，享受助人的快乐。感恩在医院里碰到的每一位患者，是他们用自我的经历让我们见苦知福。做志愿者很开心，个性是看到患者对你展现出他们笑容的时候。社工和志愿者存在的目的之一就是拉着病友的手慢慢走，大家一齐体会：“这天不错，明天更好。”
在你经历过风吹雨打之后，也许会伤痕累累，但是当雨后的第一缕阳光投射到你那苍白、憔悴的脸庞时，你就应欣喜若狂，并不是因为阳光的温暖，而是在苦了心智，劳了筋骨，饿了体肤之后，你毅力站在前进的路上，做着坚韧上进的自我，其实你此刻在哪里，并不是那么重要。只要你有一颗永远向上的心，你终究会找到那个属于你的方向。
朋友们，行动起来吧！让我们走到需要帮忙与关爱的朋友身边。让志愿服务携手医疗服务，张开天使之翼、幸福公益，书写新时代医院文化的靓丽篇章。

今天一天基本上都是空手道比赛，比赛节奏相当紧凑，运动员们基本上没有多少时间接受媒体记者的采访，混合采访区因此不是特别忙碌。
我所负责的区域是运动员休息室入口周边，我需要不停地去识别来来往往的人的身份，媒体是绝对不允许从那个门进入场地的，而且也不允许进入运动员休息区。這是我需要完成的首要任务，也是最容易完成的。对我来说最难的任务是和那些身份不明的人交涉，有些是忘记了拿胸牌，有些人是压根没有。有时候拦下一个人，对方态度很好但却是高层负责人，我就不免十分尴尬。但今天却拦下了两个没有胸牌的观众。
第一个观众是一名研究生，他进入混合区是为了找竞赛组，他的一篇研究论文是关于武搏会的，他想详细了解一下武搏会各个项目的详细规则。幸亏我们把他及时拦下，不然他就直接进入运动休息区了，這样的话，不仅他会迷路，而且还会影响运动员休息。最后他在工作人员的引导之下，迅速离开了混合采访区。
第二名无证闯入混合区的是矿大空手道社团的一个女孩，她此行的目的是为了拍摄几张著名空手道选手的照片，然后拿回社团进行宣传。在被我拦下之后，她仍固执地在混合采访区等待，大概有半个小时之久，每次运动员出来她都没什么机会搭讪。著名运动员没等到却等来了我们的保安人员，强行让她离开混合区。
我觉得武搏会是个比赛，一切应以运动员为重。任何想利用武搏会达到自己某一目的或者目标的人，应首先考虑运动员是否会应自己受到干扰，然后再去进行自己的计划。

昨天，我们才背上行囊、身着统一的“西部计划”服装踏上旅程，今天，我们却即将离开；昨天，“5.12”地震的一幕幕还清晰可见，今天，灾后重建工作已如火如荼地开展……一年的时间不长也不短，一年可以发生些什么？一年可以发生上万次的余震，一年可以让崭新的村庄和城镇在废墟中拔地而起，一年更可以使一个人成长。
回首这一年来，不禁感慨万千……这是我生命中绝对难忘的，绝对值得回忆的，也绝对精彩而又有意义的时光。在理县的一年，使我得到很大的学习和个人能力的发挥及锻炼。现总结如下：
1.坚持理想，奉献青春
寻找蓝天下的那一抹绿地，寻找心灵的那一方净土—这是之前促使我去西部的动力。“5.12”地震后，我的信念更加坚定。我想，等待我的即使不是那一抹绿地，而是一片废墟，那我也更加需要去。终于，理想变成了现实，但现实和理想还是有差距的。无论什么事情在付诸行动之前总是有所憧憬的，哪怕想到会有困难，但也不及现实的一击那么刻骨铭心。如蒸笼一般的帐篷、臭气熏天的木板厕所、难以下咽的伙食、棘手的工作任务……一切的一切都是我以前难以想象的。记得刚去不久我还一个人躲在厕所里哭着想家人，嘴里还念着“要是给我一间砖房住就好了”，但不知从何时起，一切就好像变得自然了。困难像是一个个挂在射击板上的气球，被狙击手个个击破。奉献青春，同时也是在挑战自我。坚持理想，实现理想，这样的青春始终是无悔的。
2.努力工作，实现价值
到西部去，到基层去，到祖国最需要的地方去，这是志愿者的宗旨。被分在理县夹壁乡人民*后，因为乡*办公人员紧缺，乡上安排我分管计划生育。这样的工作对我来说无疑是个巨大的挑战，对计划生育专业知识知之甚少，让我无从下手。幸好县计生办的领导和乡上的同事对我进行了业务培训，才使我慢慢步入正轨。但对当地少数民族语言的不了解和业务上的不熟悉，我做起这项工作来还是不能得心应手。后来，由于工作上的需要，我又被安排到了党政办公室，主要负责办公室的文件处理、接待等日常工作。越是比较杂的事情做起来越需要仔细负责的工作态度。刚开始办公室的电话响了我都不敢接，因为怕听不懂对方讲的四川话，没办法将内容准确传达到领导那里。而且经常打电话到各个村的村长*那时，他们也听不大懂我说的普通话。整个夹壁乡全是藏族，他们*时说话都是用的藏语，这对于我来说无疑是一门外语了。虽然和我们说话是说四川话，但起初我还是似懂非懂。于是我就经常向周围的朋友学习四川话，偶尔还来一两句藏语，沟通起来总算困难不大了。乡*工作的基层性与复杂性让我从中学到不少东西，这对我以后的工作是受益匪浅的。
3.感想
在这一年的时间里，我一直在观察、学习与思考。观察少数民族地区人们的生活状态，观察地震给灾区人民思想上带来的变化。在到理县之前，我都不知道原来四川原来也有藏族，更没想到自己会被分在一个全是*的乡。在很多人的心里，总觉得藏族是比较原始，而且有点野蛮的民族。刚开始我也有这种无知的观念，甚至还不敢和当地的村民打交道。有一次和一个志愿者朋友去爬山，路上遇到一些身着藏族服装的村民，我和那个朋友心里还怯怯的，正当我们不知道该如何是好时，就看见她们亲切地跟我们打招呼，问我们“哪里去？”那种感觉就好象是我们已认识很久一样。慢慢的，我对藏族不再陌生，还和他们变成了朋友。和藏族朋友相处越久，我就越发现这个民族的优点，他们大块吃肉、大碗喝酒；他们在客人去时总是拿出家里最好的东西来招待；在大灾大难，他们更是不等不靠、坚强自立；他们对党、对人民始终怀着一颗感恩的心。在房子进行重建时，他们总会在房子上插上一面鲜艳的*。
除了观察，我也一直在学习。首先，是工作业务上的学习。在硬件方面，学习如何进行公文、简报等的写作；在软件方面，学习怎样和村民交流，如何做好他们的思想工作。在实践中学习，在学习中实践。于是，在工作方面我取得了较大的进步。其次，是专业知识的学习。大学期间修的是英语专业，虽然毕业后从事的是专业不对口的工作，但我也不想把大学所学的专业丢掉。在乡上的空闲时间里，我就把从家里带过去的书拿出来翻阅，早上就找个清静的地方朗读英语文章，并准备着今年三月份的英语专业八级考试。终于，功夫不负有心人，我顺利通过了这次的专八考试。最后，就是学习为人处事。我想这是一项最重要也是最难的学习，尤其是对于我们这种刚刚走出象牙塔、涉世未深的毕业生来说。为人处事是一门学问，现在的我和一年前比起来已成熟不少，但需要改进的的地方仍然很多。
服务期即将结束，我开始思考这一年来灾区的意义与以后的人生方向。一滴水汇成不了大海，一颗星灿烂不了整个夜空，一个人的力量是微薄的，但当千千万万颗心连结在一起时，没有什么困难是克服不了的。人活着就应该做点有意义的事，所以我一点也不后悔当初放弃家里的一份工作来到理县，哪怕服务期满后面对的是艰难的再就业。我的人生我做主，不管是荆棘小路还是康庄大道，一旦选择，绝不怨天尤人。在接下来的时间里，我希望找一份和专业对口的工作，继续我的人生历程。
很感谢理县团委和夹壁乡领导在这一年的时间里对我的关心与照顾，也很高兴认识在理县遇见的不同职业、不同民族、不同地域的朋友。在这里，我磨练了意志，锻炼了才能，实现了自己的人生价值。二00八年夏天到二00九年夏天将是我一生中最值得怀恋的，在以后的时间里，我会将“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神进行到底，让我们一起把志愿者精神的火种更广阔的传递开来，更蓬勃的燃烧起来。

或许是由于曾经担任过基层团委*的原因吧，我对青年人的一些公益活动特别关注，曾经多次与所在单位团员青年一起捐款捐物，共同向贫困弱势群体“献爱心，送温暖”，通过参与公益活动，自觉增强爱心意识。
近年来，我逐渐走出本单位的小圈子，与社会上的一些志愿者组织建立了较为密切的联系。我发现，虽然目前大多数志愿者公益组织中多是青年人，但是社会上乐于公益事业，积极奉献爱心的人士中也有许多像我这样的“老青年”。我觉得，志愿者不应该有年龄界限，甚至还可以考虑志愿者活动应该从以青年人为主体逐步转向以中老年人为主体，特别是应该以退休后的老同志为骨干更加切合社会实际。因为青年人事业上处于奠基阶段，他们普遍缺乏经济积累，有的尚未建立稳固的婚姻家庭，社会应该考虑给他们拥有更多的“个人空间”。
而中老年人相对优越一些，特别是我们的各级“关工委”组织就是最富有爱心的组织，他们中的许多老同志思想觉悟高，政策水*和专业技能都很突出，而且普遍都具有一定的社会活动能力。相对于青年人而言，他们更有时间和精力从事公益活动，也可以发挥出更大的作用。或许正是基于这样的想法，我经常参与一些志愿者组织的公益活动。我曾经为青年志愿者撰写诗朗诵作品，创作适合青年人激情演播的“广播故事”，帮助青年志愿者朋友修改文章稿件，向志愿者组织和个人赠送自己出版的个人诗文集，为志愿者朋友开展活动提出建议设想，对取得成就业绩的志愿者朋友借助网络向其发去热情洋溢的书面赞扬信函，给予他们鼓舞和鞭策，激发出他们更大的热情。我也多次参与青年志愿者组织的捐款捐物活动，参与到他们发起的前往社会福利院慰问孤寡老人和孤残儿童活动。
渐渐地，我发现我们这个不算很大的小城市中拥有那么多热心奉献的年轻人，他们思想活跃，上进心很强，乐善好施，具有很强的社会责任意识。这是我们精神文明建设的成果，也是构建和谐社会取得成效的标志。志愿者的热情和奉献，他们对社会的爱，对弱势群体的关注，都体现出当代青年特有的高尚情怀。虽然我已经不再担任团干部工作了，但是从青年人那里熏染而来的那种激情至今未泯，仍在激励着自己经常参与到各类志愿者组织的公益活动中。现在，我是红城志愿者联盟策划部的一名“部员”，我经常和部里的朋友借助网络探讨志愿者活动的开展，并和更多的志愿者朋友讨论参与志愿者公益活动的意义。
那种“予人玫瑰，手有余香”的志愿服务精神让我倍受鼓舞，也令我深感自豪。每当报纸、电视和广播中出现了由志愿者朋友用自己的努力勾勒出的“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”亮丽风景的时候，我都非常激动，因为这其中经常有我的直接参与或者间接帮助。身为“奔五”的人，我的社会阅历算是比较丰富了，我有许多社会交往群体，但是唯独在参与志愿者公益活动期间最为轻松愉快。因为志愿者们讲究的是力所能及的奉献，而不是急功近利的索取。在这里，没有名利的追逐，也没有得失的惶恐，更不会有狭隘的杂念与私心的萌发。对比那些需要我们帮助的病弱同胞，我们所想的就是“自己比他们幸运”，所做的就是“快点帮帮他们”。
每当自己顺利参与了一次志愿者公益活动后，我的感受就是随心、舒畅，就有一种在奉献中得到慰藉的感觉。我想，自己的行为只是众多志愿者奉献中的一个点，也许并不特别，但是足以激励自己今后继续走好志愿者之路的决心。

很高兴能够在这里，以一个志愿者的身份来和大家分享这次参加志愿者服务的感想。
首先要说的是，很荣幸能够代表学校参加本次：新疆首届麦西来甫、健身交谊舞，广场舞。暨克拉玛依市首届体育舞蹈锦标赛，我自治区能够将比赛安排在我市举行是对我市多年来体育文化建设的肯定，也是对我市安保等多项指标的认可，而我市将比赛场地设定在我校更是对我实验中学的极度认可，我校教师与志愿者积极开展工作，力求圆满举办好此次活动，圆满完成上级任务。
我校在高一高二年级中选取负责有能力积极尽力的学生，作为这次比赛中的志愿者，能够被选上是一种责任，更是肯定。这代表了教师对我们工作能力的肯定，表现出教师对我们工作态度的肯定。我们所有的志愿者都为能够参见此次活动而感到光荣与自豪。
下面来谈谈我们志愿工作者的工作，虽然活动安排在5.1假期中，从一定的程度来说的确是占用了我们休息的时间，但是从另一个角度来说这次活动丰富了我们的生活。
两天的志愿者服务虽然身体感到十分的疲惫，但是想想自己所做出的贡献和回报总会感到很值得，在帮助人们的时候收获一个个微笑，那是广大参赛选手对我们工作态度的肯定与鼓励，能够帮助他们是一种责任更是一种乐趣，虽然在舞蹈比赛中忙碌的连正式比赛都没有好好看上几个，但是我服务大众，为每一位参赛选手送上帮助与祝福。每次服务回来，总忍不住在QQ空间写下当天自己的感受，还记得散文家林晓风说过一句话：一个人的名字会被几多久，很多时候来来往往行走匆匆，人与人之间总是擦肩而过，来是偶然走也是必然的。我不在乎自己的名字会被人记多久。倘若一个人被记住了十几年，应该感到欣慰，而我只有一个名字叫志愿者，我希望尽我的能力去帮助别人。我并没有那么伟大，但我会贡献更多。
也许很多同学对志愿者服务并不感兴趣，认为这项工作无聊，浪费时间。但是，在工作的过程中，我们志愿者心中最大的感触就是，热心帮助别人的感觉真好，虽然有时会有些累，但是为了别人付出，看到别人满意的笑容很值得。我们用自己的青春、活力来感染和帮助别人，我总觉得这样很光荣，我相信还会有更多的人加入我们志愿者的队伍，和我们一样开心的笑，一样用自己的人生去帮助他人。社会也需要志愿者来加强人们的社会责任感，来发扬人文精神。我相信当人们看到跟多具有奉献精神，服务主动热情，礼貌待人，一切言行于公心的志愿者时，也会投入志愿者的队伍中。
在这里，我又要引用毕淑敏的话：也许我很重要，因为在那些最需要帮助的人身上又燃起了希望之火;也许我一点也不重要，因为我只是一名普通的学生。我希望有更多的人加入青年志愿者服务，体现我们学生立足社会融入社会，提高我们学生自身道德修养。

昨天，我们才背上行囊、身着统一的“西部计划”服装踏上旅程，今天，我们却即将离开；昨天，“5.12”地震的一幕幕还清晰可见，今天，灾后重建工作已如火如荼地开展……一年的时间不长也不短，一年可以发生些什么？一年可以发生上万次的余震，一年可以让崭新的村庄和城镇在废墟中拔地而起，一年更可以使一个人成长。
回首这一年来，不禁感慨万千……这是我生命中绝对难忘的，绝对值得回忆的，也绝对精彩而又有意义的时光。在理县的一年，使我得到很大的学习和个人能力的发挥及锻炼。现总结如下：
1.坚持理想，奉献青春
寻找蓝天下的那一抹绿地，寻找心灵的那一方净土—这是之前促使我去西部的动力。“5.12”地震后，我的信念更加坚定。我想，等待我的即使不是那一抹绿地，而是一片废墟，那我也更加需要去。终于，理想变成了现实，但现实和理想还是有差距的。无论什么事情在付诸行动之前总是有所憧憬的，哪怕想到会有困难，但也不及现实的一击那么刻骨铭心。如蒸笼一般的帐篷、臭气熏天的木板厕所、难以下咽的伙食、棘手的工作任务……一切的一切都是我以前难以想象的。记得刚去不久我还一个人躲在厕所里哭着想家人，嘴里还念着“要是给我一间砖房住就好了”，但不知从何时起，一切就好像变得自然了。困难像是一个个挂在射击板上的气球，被狙击手个个击破。奉献青春，同时也是在挑战自我。坚持理想，实现理想，这样的青春始终是无悔的。
2.努力工作，实现价值
到西部去，到基层去，到祖国最需要的地方去，这是志愿者的宗旨。被分在理县夹壁乡人民*后，因为乡*办公人员紧缺，乡上安排我分管计划生育。这样的工作对我来说无疑是个巨大的挑战，对计划生育专业知识知之甚少，让我无从下手。幸好县计生办的领导和乡上的同事对我进行了业务培训，才使我慢慢步入正轨。但对当地少数民族语言的不了解和业务上的不熟悉，我做起这项工作来还是不能得心应手。后来，由于工作上的需要，我又被安排到了党政办公室，主要负责办公室的文件处理、接待等日常工作。越是比较杂的事情做起来越需要仔细负责的工作态度。刚开始办公室的电话响了我都不敢接，因为怕听不懂对方讲的四川话，没办法将内容准确传达到领导那里。而且经常打电话到各个村的村长*那时，他们也听不大懂我说的普通话。整个夹壁乡全是藏族，他们*时说话都是用的藏语，这对于我来说无疑是一门外语了。虽然和我们说话是说四川话，但起初我还是似懂非懂。于是我就经常向周围的朋友学习四川话，偶尔还来一两句藏语，沟通起来总算困难不大了。乡*工作的基层性与复杂性让我从中学到不少东西，这对我以后的工作是受益匪浅的。
3.感想
在这一年的时间里，我一直在观察、学习与思考。观察少数民族地区人们的生活状态，观察地震给灾区人民思想上带来的变化。在到理县之前，我都不知道原来四川原来也有藏族，更没想到自己会被分在一个全是*的乡。在很多人的心里，总觉得藏族是比较原始，而且有点野蛮的民族。刚开始我也有这种无知的观念，甚至还不敢和当地的村民打交道。有一次和一个志愿者朋友去爬山，路上遇到一些身着藏族服装的村民，我和那个朋友心里还怯怯的，正当我们不知道该如何是好时，就看见她们亲切地跟我们打招呼，问我们“哪里去？”那种感觉就好象是我们已认识很久一样。慢慢的，我对藏族不再陌生，还和他们变成了朋友。和藏族朋友相处越久，我就越发现这个民族的优点，他们大块吃肉、大碗喝酒；他们在客人去时总是拿出家里最好的东西来招待；在大灾大难，他们更是不等不靠、坚强自立；他们对党、对人民始终怀着一颗感恩的心。在房子进行重建时，他们总会在房子上插上一面鲜艳的*。
除了观察，我也一直在学习。首先，是工作业务上的学习。在硬件方面，学习如何进行公文、简报等的写作；在软件方面，学习怎样和村民交流，如何做好他们的思想工作。在实践中学习，在学习中实践。于是，在工作方面我取得了较大的进步。其次，是专业知识的学习。大学期间修的是英语专业，虽然毕业后从事的是专业不对口的工作，但我也不想把大学所学的专业丢掉。在乡上的空闲时间里，我就把从家里带过去的书拿出来翻阅，早上就找个清静的地方朗读英语文章，并准备着今年三月份的英语专业八级考试。终于，功夫不负有心人，我顺利通过了这次的专八考试。最后，就是学习为人处事。我想这是一项最重要也是最难的学习，尤其是对于我们这种刚刚走出象牙塔、涉世未深的毕业生来说。为人处事是一门学问，现在的我和一年前比起来已成熟不少，但需要改进的的地方仍然很多。
服务期即将结束，我开始思考这一年来灾区的意义与以后的人生方向。一滴水汇成不了大海，一颗星灿烂不了整个夜空，一个人的力量是微薄的，但当千千万万颗心连结在一起时，没有什么困难是克服不了的。人活着就应该做点有意义的事，所以我一点也不后悔当初放弃家里的一份工作来到理县，哪怕服务期满后面对的是艰难的再就业。我的人生我做主，不管是荆棘小路还是康庄大道，一旦选择，绝不怨天尤人。在接下来的时间里，我希望找一份和专业对口的工作，继续我的人生历程。
很感谢理县团委和夹壁乡领导在这一年的时间里对我的关心与照顾，也很高兴认识在理县遇见的不同职业、不同民族、不同地域的朋友。在这里，我磨练了意志，锻炼了才能，实现了自己的人生价值。二00八年夏天到二00九年夏天将是我一生中最值得怀恋的，在以后的时间里，我会将“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神进行到底，让我们一起把志愿者精神的火种更广阔的传递开来，更蓬勃的燃烧起来。

志愿精神最发达莫过于我们大学生公益组织，我们不是*组织，不靠权力驱动，也不是经济体，尤其不靠经济利益驱动。我们的原动力是志愿精神、责任意识与使命感。和NGO行动者的生活状态相同，大学生公益行动者的物质生活很清苦、坚忍，“饿”中坚守。但我们并不孤单，和艰难困苦相伴随的，还有挑战的刺激、友谊的滋润、信任感的激励与志同道合者的相伴，我们敢于追随内心的愿望，守护自己的承诺，感召着，感动着身边的人，为实现公民社会的伟大使命而卑微着、行动着！
一开始选择进入院青年志愿者协会做志愿者，是以为只能通过这种形式去帮助有需要的人。在那个大家庭里，我接触社会上许多需要帮助的人。虽然一边感到自己的渺小和无能为力，但却更深刻地懂得，“帮助”并不是倾其所有地给予，而是要知道什么对他们来说才是最好的。在这个过程中，也渐渐懂得，“帮助”其实是一种*等的交流，给予的过程中也让他们来告诉你生命的真谛，也让他们来“帮助”你，力所能及的。这种经历前所未有，也将会铭刻在我的记忆中。
然而，做志愿者的这一年半的时间里，才发现，帮助别人其实靠的不是志愿者的身份，而是志愿者的爱心。因此，生活中能帮助到别人的事情不胜枚举，当你伸出援手的时候，你就是一名志愿者！因为——志愿服务无大小！
很多时候我们会设想志愿者工作到底是怎样的美好，理想和现实终究是有很大的差异的，除接受现实，没有其他的办法（除非你有能力改变这一切）。有人看来，做志愿者很辛苦，没有报酬，却要拼命的工作。可是，我们的大家庭之中从来没有人想过退缩，即使一站就是三个小时，即使寂寞得只能和影子说话……其实，这点困难根本算不什么，因为我们都明白，既然穿上这件“微笑北京”的衣服，我们就有责任向世界呈现出一个精彩的北京，不一样的北京，也要让世界看到一个强大的*，不一样的*。
百余年前，志愿服务起源于战场救护、重建家园、安置孤儿等与战争相关的救助活动，到如今志愿者的身影活跃在环境保护、维护和*、经济建设和社会进步等领域。在新的历史时期，就在我们身边，志愿者的作用也早已超越赛场，成为一股可以温暖社会的力量。
