有一个普普通通的小学生，本应该快乐地度过他的童年，却因为他那“望子成龙，望女成凤”的父母而让他失去了美好的童年时代。自从他进入了小学，爸爸妈妈就给他报了五花八门的补习班，还给他加了许多作业，他一天没有自由安排的时间，没有和同伴嬉戏玩耍的时间，常常11~12点睡，当他看到别的孩子玩耍的时候，看到他们开怀大笑的时候，他就非常羡慕，有时候想参与其中，却发现自己根本融入不进去，他很痛苦。渐渐地，他开始厌恶学习，上课开飞机，这样一来，他的成绩不但没进步，反而退步了不少，父母却认为作业量不够，再次给他添加作业量。毕竟每个人的忍耐都是有限度的，终于，他在父母的一次“加压”后，离家出走了。
虽然他离家出走的行为不对，但是这一切父母也是有责任的，我是不太赞成他父母的做法，可是想想自己，我也不禁虚汗直冒，该反省自己了：六年级的我即将要步入初中，面临着是否能够考入一个好的中学，学习任务越来越大了，虽然内心想紧抓时间好好学习，考入一个自己理想的中学，但是强烈的玩耍心让我常常顾不上学习，而娱乐也无法让我专一。妈妈常说：“学习时就专心地学，玩耍时就放开了玩，这样既愉悦了身心，又学到了知识，岂不是两全其美！”我应该做一个努力学习的人，同时也要做一个会玩的人！

6、老人的娱乐活动：钓鱼
钓鱼对于老年人来说也是一项不错的娱乐活动。老年人通过钓鱼不仅可以享受鱼儿上钩的乐趣，还可以修养身心。适合垂钓的地方多在郊外，经常到郊外去走走，本身就是一种锻炼;其次，水边河畔，空气异常清新，负离子含量高，让人感到悠悠然自得，心旷神怡，有利于人体的新陈代谢，能起到镇静、催眠、降压、减轻疲劳的作用;另外，垂钓时静等鱼儿上钩，则欢快轻松之情溢于言表，从而达到内无思虑之患，外无体疲之忧的最佳养生境界。钓鱼的时候老年人集中注意力与垂钓中，可以帮助老年人忘记生活中的.烦心事，投身娱乐中。
7、老人的娱乐活动：书画

做游戏不只是小孩子的专利，老年人也可以聚在一起做游戏。比如击鼓传花、套圈夺宝、猜谜会、画鼻子等等游戏，都可以让老年朋友从中获得乐趣。通过举办具有老人参与、富于交流性的适合老人特点的活动，以促进老人之间的交流与沟通，营造归属感，保持健康心态。通过游戏丰富娱乐生活，提高老人的积极性，加强老人之间的交流互动，使老人老有所乐，增强老人的身心健康。同时，在游戏中，老人开动自己的脑力，主动参与活动，达到延缓衰老速度，降低患老年痴呆症的概率的效果。
