今天是第一天报到，带着期待，也带着疲倦的我来到实习单位。第二天一大早就来到了单位的人力资源部报道，等候安排。人力资源的主任让我来到了企划部，主任告诉我，市场部的外文合同，前期工作都是在企划部完成的，包括审核，对翻译的审核等。同事们都很热心，经常帮助我，鼓励我不懂就问，令我非常感动和欣慰。这周我可以简单的总结为几个字，那就是：多看，多问，多观察，多思考!

第二个礼拜，其实还是个适应期。经理主要让我了解一些我们公司的背景、产品、发展方向等。另外，尝试了跟同事多沟通，因从交谈中也能够学到不少东西。然而，我已经对公司的工作环境和时间安排很熟悉。经理安排我开始接触做一些翻译的工作，主要是在一旁协助董翻译处理一下简单的事情，也就是检查翻译的单词拼写，整理文档、记录一些旧的文案等，可别小看了这些活，虽说简单，但都是疏忽不得的，每件事情都至关重要，因为它们都是环环相扣的。

实习第三周了，跟单位的各位前辈们，已经是从开始的胆怯不敢交流，到现在的熟识。我也渐渐地开始从事一些公司需要的邮件翻译.当然,那些与外企之间的业务合同了什么的还是不可能经过我这样的"菜鸟"的手的.我翻译的只是一些公司要提供给对方的我们的资格认证等的文件,还有一些礼节性的文件.由于这些东西基本都是可以套用格式的,所以也没有什么太大的压力,只要认真去做了,就还是很简单的.两个星期下来，感觉自己什么也没有学到，似乎有学到了不少。

已经实习一个月了，经理开始安排我去收发一些客户的询价。开始独立接触如何同过网络工具接业务，由于公司是专门有自己的网址和邮箱，又有阿里巴巴的商务*台。开始经理给了我很多一些公司的名片，让我从中选择一些与我们公司业务想匹配的公司，然后发信函，内容是着重介绍自己的公司，问些公司是否需要什么产品，但我遇到了很多问题，虽然在校学过商务信函的知识，但真正到接触的时候，却不知如何下笔，之后几天我们就在着重学习信函这些方面的。

这周来了两个俄罗斯的客户，经理让我当一天的“小记者”，虽然客户带了俄语的翻译，但是中途翻译有事出去了，他想了解产品的名称和功能，便与我沟通起来，我只能用英语简单的作一些相关的介绍。“书到用时方恨少”这句话一点没错，像自动集蛋机，我只是了解了名字，并没有真正的深入去研究它的用法等，这让我羞愧的同时，又让我警醒，要深入了解公司产品。

已经第六周了，由于公司产品比较多，涉及的单词也非常的多，这对我来说是一个艰巨的任务，因为里面的专业术语太多，而且很多是缩略语，需要到网上查阅大量的资料才能确定如何翻译。我们工作的时候应该认真仔细，要知道稍微的疏忽可能会给公司带来巨大的损失。所以工作的时候尽量与别人合作。尽力做好自己的本分工作,多向那些前辈问问,多学学,希望可以尽快地进入真正的实习状态.

一个多月的实习过去了，我充分意识到了，虽然在学校里学了很多英语单词掌握了英语语法与常用术语，但是对专业英语词汇以及用法却知之甚少，所以工作之余要下很大的功夫熟悉这方面的术语并且向朋友借了一本专业翻译词典。并
且翻译工作，难免会发生错误，所以我会请别人校正，以保证准确无误的完成工作。为了保证最后能够成功，前面的每一步基础都要打好。

这周我们负责商务合同，看到CIF已经想不起他的意思了，国际贸易课上这些国际贸易术语自己忘得差不多了，不得不花一下午时间把十三个基本贸易术语突击一遍，什么风险转移，双方义务，整得自己脑袋都大了。后来利用时间把前几天学习的几个专业术语和国际贸易术语温习了一些。最重要的还是在单位老师和同事的一些言传身教，在工作时的熟练使用，这样才能熟记于心。

这一周和董翻译一起翻译公司设计的图纸，董翻译告诉我说以后如果从事图纸方面的翻译工作的话，一定要注意这些细节，看似细枝末节，但是建筑工程标的巨大，最后金钱的差距动不动就会上千万啊。在翻译这些细节的时候，一定要理会每个词的意思，并放到合同的语境中去，比如这个案子，如果是涉外合同，翻译不到位，那这责任个人是承担不起的。自己以后一定要认真工作。

这一周经理，让我更新公司在阿里巴巴国际版上的产品，在编辑新产品的同时我也学习到了好多的新单词。例如，hatch ，enclosure，sync up,livestock等。在慢慢地积累着这些新知识同时，我也复习了一遍旧的知识。一周的办公室的生活其实是很忙碌的，并不像我以前想的那样悠然自得，一定在工作中提升自我自己的素质。

这一周主要是校对彩页宣传上的产品介绍是否有语法错误，语句通顺，拼写错误等问题。彩页上产品多，涉及的内容广，十分考验我的耐心。通过校对这些，使我对公司的产品更加的熟悉，更是运用了我所学的知识。校对的重要性是无语伦比的，除内容外，还要注意很多格式等细节上的东西。校对过程需要细心、耐心、专心才能保证彩页最后的质量。

这一周经理派我去把我们的产品说明书翻译成英文，发布到我公司的网站上。只是我第一次自己独立翻译，心中暗暗高兴，但是我也遇到不少难题。今天深刻的体会到，无论是中翻译，还是英翻中，有一点我一直忽略了：英语原文若为长难句，翻译成中文的时候总是做了许多处理。比如，调整主语，英文中一个长句译成汉语时拆成两个短句，等等。这也就涉及到翻译中常遇到的理论和技巧。

这周的周二来了个法国的客户，我作为小助理在旁边跟着董翻译，帮做会议记录。其中也是可以听懂他们的对话的，他们想把建鸡舍外包给我们。会议后，我和董翻译讨论了图纸的翻译，和会议上一些词的具体翻译。然后把我们翻译的结果整理交给经理。这一周收获颇多，受益匪浅，我会继续努力，保持每天和小组人员探讨翻译。

回想这一周在翻译时遇到的问题，我的解决方法和所做的处理有如下几种：
一、改变词类（Conversion）：英语一个词能充当的句子成分较少，充当不同成分时常常要改变词类。二、词序调整（Inversion）：一个句子中词和分句的顺序，英汉两种语言往往不同。如表示时间和地点，英语常常是先小后大，而汉语是先大后小。三、省略（Omission）。四、增词（Amplification）。英语中没有量词，助词，翻译时应根据上下文的需要予以增加。有些英语的不及物动词必须增加宾语意思才完整。

时光匆匆，为期2个多月的实习已经圆满的落下帷幕。回顾其中的点点滴滴，有成功后的欣喜和激动，也有挫败后的失落和无奈。在师傅们的谆谆教导下，我在收货业务技能的同时，内心也经历着微妙的成长。
实习的结束同时又是一个新的开始，在新的起点上，我将重新审视自己，不断的给自己充电，使自身在原有水*上再创新高。

这一周从学生转型到老师，我感触极深，受益匪浅。
面对第一次上台授课，既期待也有少许紧张。为了上好第一堂课，仅仅一个版面的内容，却奋身备战到凌晨一点!第一堂英语课大获好评，第二堂课班主任石老师微笑地对我竖起大拇指。
先稍稍总结我的实习表现：精心的设计了教案，台风不错，教态自然大方，不慌不忙，亲切近人，自信，语言连贯紧凑，应用现代教学手段“多媒体”进行教学，有较好的课程导入方法，奖评制度吸引学生目光，能与孩子们交流思想，*时知道他们的作业解题及批改，具备教师优良的道德情操，严格履行了教师职责……
大家一直这么评价：第一次上台教课，这种水*已经是非常不错了。指导老师夸我很老练，让我稍稍有些成就感。缺点：英语课因不能很好地掌握时间分配，前部分讲解太多，导致内容重点不够突出，及一些小的细节问题等。依照班主任石老师的话就是：如果理论知识再稍讲慢一些，就很好了。

我在教室口语上还有待提高。对某些单词的发音还要多加练习，注意如“the”在元音音素前和在辅音音素前的发音是不同的，还有在发出课堂指令时要简洁明了。因为我对课堂指令操作时还存在着问题，如有时候会说一半英文一半中文，显得不熟练。导师建议我要找点专门的资料要反复背，以熟练。我决心要勤奋苦练，做到更好。
实习期间让我深深体会到教师的艰辛和责任感。亦忙亦累，累的甚至在回家仅十五分钟距离的公交车上都睡着了。有一天上午差不多上了三节课，嗓子都疼得有些嘶哑。但看到那一张张热情笑脸，看到孩子们跑到我身边问我电话号码和QQ号，看到孩子们拉着我去打羽毛球，看到孩子们乐呵呵的和我合影，看到孩子们期待我为他们的运动会加油，听到孩子们亲切的呼我林老师…既欣慰，也感动。
实习使我们教育浪漫之旅的第一步，我们只是走出了第一步，对于这步，我还是比较满意的，将来的路还很长会遇到暴风雨雪，也许会遇到我们的灿烂，明媚的阳光，但是无论怎样，我们都要勇于面对现实，接受挑战，努力去做好个好老师，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索!相信我们一定能行的，将来我们一定会成功的!

课后我走到学生中间去，问他们是否听得懂，有么有什么疑问，有没有什么意见和建议。他们的反映基本上都说听得懂，只是说中文说太多了，应该先说中文在用英文解释。因此我下次上课时就尽量先说中文再用英文解释。
以后的每次上课我都会备好课：备教材、备课标、备学生。我先自己写好教案，与其他组员一起讨论，试进。同时在临睡前，第二天去实习学校的公交车上，以及上课前五分钟，我都会在脑子里回顾下将要上的课的基本步骤。到实习学校我都会将要上的课的教学目标，教学重难点，以及教学步骤和导师说下，让导师给我意见和建议。我觉得这点是很重要的。特别使我们对学生的认知水*不了解。这个时候到时就会告诉我：这个知识点学生学过了，只要复习下即可，或对学生还是新知识，需要详细讲。同时导师们都比较有经验，他们了解学生，知道什么样的知识学生易于接受。所以我每次上课前都会先请教导师然后上讲台。
上完课我都会与导师与其他实习生交流，让他们给我评价。再回学校的车上，我也会反思下今天的教学以及和导师，和学生的相处情况，回到宿舍写下反思日志，反思并总结一天的情况。反思自己课堂上做得好的地方以及不足之处并想出解决办法。第二天上课时我就特别注意提醒自己不要犯同样的错误。

我经常去听其他组员的课，把自己的课与他们的进行比较，找出值得自己学习的地方。
此外我也参加了英语组的集体备课活动。在备课工程中我也积极发表了自己的一些设计想法。有些想法也得到了导师的认可和采纳。当然在与导师的交流中，有时也会出现自己的想法和导师的发生矛盾。这是我就会仔细地分析矛盾的根源，分析导师的观点，然后尽量把两者的精华相结合。如在上unit11备课时，我将有一个活动分成两个表格进行，且中间加入别的活动，导师师认为这样破坏了活动的连贯性，因此就要求把这两个表格合并到最后总结时再做。上课是我讲解的不是很充分，导师通常会叫一个好的学生向我提问，把这个知识点补充完整。
导师很注意板书的有序性。他说因为学生只有了解了教师的习惯后，才能更快地吸收知识。记得有两天，我因为事太忙了，备课不充分，上课时出现了一些错误，导师很严肃的给我指出来，从那以后我每次上课前就是熬夜，也要把课准备充分之后才休息。总之对于导师的意见我都会虚心接受的，我从来不会表现出厌烦或不满的情绪。

在教学过程中，我会可以记住每个学生的名字，并叫出他们的名字，因为学生会觉得如果老师能记住他们的名字，说明老师重视他们。而且对于每个学生的性格、特点我都了如指掌。不管是上课提问还是下课交流时，我是叫他们的名字。
班上有一位学生只有英语不好，其他都很棒，通过和班主任了解，我发现他是由于不喜欢英语，所以就学不好英语，因此对自己就没有了信心。于是，我利用晚自修的时间留下来给他补课，并引导他慢慢的主动学英语，中段考试他的成绩提高了十几分。他自己也很高兴，在留言中他希望我继续关心他的学习。在帮助他的同时，也有许多其他本来不爱学英语的学生也主动来办公室要求一起学习。导师都说现在学生的学习兴趣提高了，并且成绩也有了进步。
另外，我发现学生对老师的评语是很重视的。而且我发现自己在课堂上只会说：very good! 这种评价学生根本不知道自己的优点在哪里，甚至对老师的表扬产生听觉疲劳，“麻木不仁”，久而久之也就不当回事了。因此每一次表扬一定要从具体的一点出发，确确实实抓住学生的闪光点进行表扬。因此我就尽量用各种方式表扬学生。如批改作业时，有进步的学生我会给他们一个笑脸，或写：有进步哦!继续努力!无论如何我都会想办法找出他们的优点，给予及时表扬，并对错误进行正面反思。而且在改作业的同时，我会把学生容易犯的知识点记录下来，反馈给导师，好让自己和导师在后面的授课中都能注意这些问题，强化他们的知识的薄弱点。这在教学过程中是十分重要的。

第二周
过一周的实习，对自己岗位的运作流程也有了一些了解，虽然我是读是英语专业，但和实习岗位实践有些脱节，这周一直是在给我们培训那些业务的理论知识，感觉又回到了学校上课的时候。虽然我对业务还没有那么熟悉，也会有很多的不懂，但是我慢慢学会了如何去处理一些事情。在工作地过程中明白了主动的重要性，在你可以选择的时候，就要把主动权握在自己手中。有时候遇到工作过程中的棘手问题，心里会特别的憋屈，但是过会也就好了，我想只要积极学习积极办事，做好自己份内事，不懂就问，多做少说就会有意想不到的收获，
只有自己想不到没有做不到。第二周实习快结束了，来这里有一段时间了，虽然同事们都很好，工作也轻松，对工作的环境有一定的了解，但真正在这里生活了，还是会觉得有些不适应。与当初想象中的职场状态似乎有些差距，我相信我会适应职场生活。

不知不觉进入了实习的第三周，生活还在慢慢的适应，每天按部就班的工作。除了学习岗位相关的业务知识，我还加强大学英语专业相关知识与自己岗位相结合，努力让英语专业相关知识应用到实际工作中。实习不想在学校，很多工作遇到的很多问题都只能自己钻研，不过好在有很多资料可以查，大学里学习的英语专业相关知识能够帮上忙，也不枉大学的学习。不懂时就查查资料，也培养了自学能力，同时了解许多相关的知识，一举多得。经过2个多星期的正式实习工作，我已经慢慢适应这样的作息和工作方式了。以前在学校的时候，有时候偷懒或者身体不适，就会请假或者逃课，老师也会很理解很包容我们这群他眼里的“没长大的孩子”。但是现在开始上班，同事中没有人再会把我们当成孩子，也不会像老师那样宠溺和包容我们。不管是谁，迟到都是会受到领导的批评。所以每天早上都不敢偷懒，准时起床去上班，有时候为了不迟到，不吃早饭都是常态。为了给大家留下好的印象，我都要提早去办公室，把办公室清扫一下，再给大家打上热水。虽然都是一些微不足道的小事情，但是也算是给这个办公室做出的一些贡献。第三周实习快结束了，我相信下个星期我能做得更好，每天进步一点点。

这周头一天星期一，我终于接到实习以来的第一个真正的工作任务。虽然在这儿实习了快一个月了，但是工作的内容无非是协助同事，帮帮忙，打打杂。大部分的时间都是闲着的，我的师父今天终于分配给我第一个工作任务，我充分利用了大学里面学习的英语专业相关知识，把第一个任务圆满完成。师父说，通过他的观察，说我态度积极，并且耐的住性子，已经初步通过了他的考验，所以分配给我一个工作任务，对我进行进一步的考验。这个看似简单的工作任务就是耐心和细心，一个小小错误就会导致所有的错误。我想说，师父，我准备
好了，我会认真完美的完成这个任务的，一定不会让您失望。接下来几天，开始正式接手相关工作，因为是新人，所以在实际执行过程中有很多的缺陷与不足，还好有师傅的指导，我顺利地完成了工作任务。几天的实习加学习使我深刻感觉到，以前自己对课本的知识掌握的不够透彻，也不能很好的将理论与实际相结合。感觉有很多东西要学习，所以总是感觉时间不够用。因此，我给自己制定了一些计划和目标，首先了解现行的一些规范、看英语专业相相关书籍、学会熟练使用办公软件，掌握工作方面的细节问题，努力提高自己的工作修养。
第五周
转眼之间，实习已经过去了一个多月。经过几天的忙碌，终于完成了实习以来的比较大工作任务，而且是比规定的时间提前了一天。为了确保这个工作任务完成的更加完美，我对任务的各个环节进行了不下十遍的检查，确保不出现一个错误。星期三的早上，因为紧张又因为兴奋，很早的就跑去上班，将做好之后的数据放在师父的桌子上，等待师父的检查。在等待师父到来的这段时间里，时间好像变得特别慢，每一分钟都好像在跟我作对，就是过不去的感觉。后来师父终于来到了办公室，我假装镇定的跟师父说，任务已经做好了，放在你桌子上了。师父只是微微的点了点头，说，知道了。这多少有点让我失望和担心，师父完全没有说什么时候会去检查，也没有布置给我下一个工作任务。之后我又再次陷入了无所事事的工作状态。在空闲时间，结合英语专业，我努力学习与岗位相关的知识，为以后的工作打下牢固的基础。要多想多思考多问、多问why；对知识要学精学透，不能广而不精。最重要的是建立起自信，相信自己。给自己准确定位，并朝着这个方向不懈努力。记得一定要言出必行，说到做到！
第六周
这一周，我开始深入学习与自己岗位相关业务知识，得到同事的帮助下，我先从规范下手，就是熟悉下当前英语专业行业方面的规范，再就是记各种工作相关的必备知识。经过两天的苦研，我终于能基本看懂结构施工图了。经过前期实习后，我大概了解了整个工作程序。
今天我开始正式参与部分核心工作了，师傅给我布置了一个任务。大学里面学习的英语专业的知识能真正得到实际应用，我很高兴，这是他对我的一次考验，同时也给了我一次机会。因此，我要尽力做好它。工作过程我得出了一些体会：我工作过程要相信自己，如果做不到这一点，你就无法成为一个好的职员或者好的领导。一个相信自己的人，才会在走路时神采飞扬，让老板看上去你有无穷的精力；一个相信自己的人，才会在待人接物时落落大方，这一切能帮助老板培养对你的信心，必要时才会委你以重任。你怎么对待别人，别人就会怎么对待你。在工作中，要待人如待己。在你困难的时候，你的善行会衍生出另一个善行。在别人遇到困境时，热情地伸出援手。在职场上，尽可能地做一个与人为善的好人，这样，当你在工作上不小心出现纰漏，或当你面临加薪或升职的关键时刻，可尽可能减少别人放冷箭的危险。
第七周
今天指导师父说十分钟后让我和陪他一起去其他单位参观学习，让我带上笔和笔记本，他还跟我说了一句，“上次的那个任务完成的很漂亮，圆满到达了我的要求，我很满意。”他还表扬我英语专业相关基础知识非常扎实，是他见过英语专业学生中动手能力比较强的学生。当时我差一点儿兴奋得尖叫出来。几天的努力总算我的努力没有白费，没有什么能比得上得到师父的认可更加让我激动了。通过这段时间的了解，原来师父并不是看上去那样一个不起眼的人，听同事说了很多他厉害的事迹，如果能从他身上学到东西，对我这次实习所得和以后的职业发展之路一定有很大的帮助。在外面的路上，师父说，这几天我的任务就是在上次的基础进行扩展。本周我总结出：在职场上取胜的黄金定律之一便是要有责任心，凡事尽力而为，并且要任劳任怨。在工作上，永远不要试图去敷衍自己的老板。有人曾经访问过许多在事业上功成名就的人，他们一个共同的特点便是，在工作上投入的时间及精力，远远要比工作本身所要求的多。我相信我能做的更好。
第八周
周一开始我跟其他几位同事去分部工作，所以最近上班的场所一直都是在单位分部，每天早上到总单位之后，就直奔单位分部。在单位分部虽然没有在办公室那么舒适和轻松，但是毕竟现在是有目标要去达成，所以比在前一段时间在办公室时更加的充实，时间也会觉得过得更加快。在这期间，单位分部的工作人员都对我很好。在实际工作中，大学里面英语专业的知识还是不够用，很多需要在工作中继续学习，因此我在工作岗位上遇到了一些麻烦。同事们在知道的我的工作任务后，都积极主动的帮助我，告诉我他们总结出来的区别，让我突然觉得每个任务都能轻车熟路，因为他们的帮助，让我完全加快了我的工作进程。想真正地做成一件事情，需要你有锲而不舍的精神。不管我们想在哪个领域做成一件事情，如果你已经认准了目标，那就一定坚持不懈地做下去。罗马不是一天建成的，只要你一天天用心地去做，总有一天，量变会发生质变。这一周，我总结了工作过程中的关于挫折的感悟。在工作过程经过遇到一些挫折。关于挫折，早有职场高手总结出至理名言：“人在职场飘，哪能不挨刀？”这是一种对工作洒脱的态度。对待工作的挫折，就稍微转换一下努力的方向。说不定更好。另外一点也很重要，困境中请你自己鼓励自己，不到万不得已，请不要把自己的底牌亮给别人。要知道，困难时要求得到的帮助，价码总是会更贵一些的。
第九周

回到方阵，我简直不敢正视教官了，我心灰意冷，并决定不再继续随后的方阵组队，于是，我成为散兵的一员。在散兵队里度过一个百无聊赖的上午后，我觉得不能让自己的最后一次(或许是)军训就这么结束，正好方阵队又来要人，我犹豫了一下，跑出去，成为十人中的一人。说实话，我当时很有“自降身价”的感觉，但想到那些自愿从方阵回到散兵队的人，想到他们说“那里简直是地狱”，我又对散兵队如此不屑。总之，我回到方阵，一个陌生的方阵。
经过半个小时的`所谓“地狱式训练”，我迎来曙光：在休息的时候，一个胖教官出现在队列里，问有没有竞选标兵被刷下来的，我们还要两个人——我马上从地上弹起来，队里就我一个符合条件，于是我在人群的目送下跟着那位教官，回到标兵队!
再后来，队里要出四名持枪跑步的标兵，但只有第一批选拔中留下的人有资格成为其中一员，也就是说，我被直接淘汰。但我没有放弃，我注意到四名标兵中有一名跑步姿势十分奇怪(……难看)，我听到教官们在谈论这个人，我听到他自己说“我不想干了”，于是我开始围着两位教官打转，只要一到休息时间，我就接近他们。终于，我听到他们开始谈论换人的可能性，我马上冲上去说“让我试试”。这时候我知道，我没有辜负原来那位教官的期望，我要证明给刷掉我的人看，你们是错的。结果我真的合格了。

迎着寒风，冒着细雨，属于我们学校的特色——“冬训”终于拉开了序幕。带着喜忧参半的心情，带着惶惶未知的期待，我们开始了第一天的军训。在动员大会上，当教官迈着整齐的步伐，喊着嘹亮的口号进入运动场时，我内心那隐藏的激动也欲喷薄而出。想到我们将在这片绿茵场上度过不*凡的14天，尽情挥洒我们的汗水，肆意渲染我们的青春，原本松垮的脊背也忽然变得挺直傲然。寒风又怎样，大雨又如何，只要心中火焰不灭，激情不息，我们的脚步就无所畏惧！
军训时，教官会走到身着军装的队伍中，耐心地一个个纠正同学们的动作。经过集中的训练，同学们原来的懒散步伐也渐渐变得整齐划一，原来的娇生惯养也渐渐被坚强独立替代。渗着被寒风一吹就凝透的汗水，压下咬碎牙往肚里吞的泪水，透着有规律一吸一呼的深呼吸，高度紧张的思想和敏捷有力的动作无一不构成一道道美丽的风景线。军训这几天，带给我们的除了肌肉的酸痛，更多的是对生活的认知，它让我们学会了太多*时在学习中学不到的东西。军训磨练了我们的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，我们的精神面貌也焕然一新。
经过几天的训练，渐渐地，我发现我在走路时会自然而然地抬头挺胸了，我站立时会习惯性地挺直腰杆了，那么多年改不掉的坏习惯却因为这短短几天的军训有了质的变化。我感激并且珍惜这因军训带来的改变。在军训中，我最喜欢的是站军姿。军姿是最美好的姿态，双脚分开约60°，脚跟并拢，双手紧贴裤缝，前后贴紧不留缝隙，两肩后张，收腹，下额微收，抬头挺胸，目视前方。军姿展现的是军人的风采，也体现出一种义愤从容的美：坚定，坚强，坚毅。硬骨傲苍穹，笑傲风霜雪。军姿中自有一股浩然正气，气贯长虹。
都说当兵的人是最可爱的，在这次军训中，我终于体会到了这句话的内涵。教官们响亮的口令，整齐的步伐，挺拔的身姿，无一不让我深深折服。当教官用沙哑的喉咙唱起那首《军中绿花》时，我不禁在想，教官们是否与这歌词唱的一样，期待庆功回家看妈妈，陪伴爱人走天涯？此刻，有种感情在内心喷发，那是对军人的无限敬意！
人只有在经历过挫折之后才会变得更加成熟，在困难面前才会更加坚强。当我们放下那一份伤感，小心翼翼地拾起断续的梦，带着虔诚的信念和不移的.决心，在大学中积极进取，在生活上勇往直前，我们，一定会成为强者！
虽然我们的军训还在进行中，但我知道，军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，经过了无数次的洗刷，最终会沉淀下去，直至融入我生命中的最底层，与我生命，生生相依…
