3、校长的权利

4、校长的监督

六、教职工聘任制：
1、聘任原则：学校实行全员聘任合同制。教职工聘任，应遵循以下原则：公开公*、*等竞争、双向选择、择优聘任。
2、聘任范围：一般为本校在职在岗的教职工，新调进的教职工和新分配的大中专毕业生。
3、聘任形式：聘任、试聘、低职高聘、高职低聘。
4、教职工可以拒聘或辞职。辞职人员应在学期开学前一个月向校长提出书面申请，经批准后输有关辞职手续。未经批准而擅离职守者，作自动离职处理。
5、落聘、拒聘或辞职人员到其它学校应聘，须先经教育主管部门同意。
6、聘任步骤
（1）组织教职工学习，进行思想动员。
（2）学校根据工作需要，设置工作岗位，并提出任职条件和目标责任，提交教代会讨论。
（3）制定公布聘任方案。
（4）教职工填写应聘意向书。

（1）立足于本校自行安排。学校对未聘人员，进行两次推荐安排，若两次推荐安排仍不成功，作下岗人员处理。
（2）学校对未聘人员可安排参加培训，学习（包括转岗培训），也可安排从事其他工作和创办经济实体，鼓励自谋职业。
（3）参加培训学习的人员，培训合格者，可重新竞争上岗。
（4）未聘人员应遵守学校作息时间，在学校学习提高，或完成临时性工作任务。不到岗的按旷工论处，连续旷工期15天以上或累计30天者，予以辞退。
